The works are performed on:

• The maximum dimension of the workpiece is 450 x 350 x 250 mm.
• The maximum number of simultaneously controlled axes is 4.
• The maximum weight of the workpiece is 200 kg.
• The maximum weight of the electrode is 50 kg.
• Maximum surface cleanliness 0.5 Ra.

2. MolDMASTER wire cutting machines:

1. The maximum dimension of the workpiece is 500 x 350 x 270 mm.
2. The maximum number of simultaneously controlled axes is 5.
3. Maximum weight of the part 300 kg.
4. Maximum surface cleanliness 0.1 Ra.

The equipment is equipped with an automatic electrode change system and works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For the production of works it is necessary to provide working drawings of the processed part, terms of reference, 3-dimensional model in the format *.step (in case of lack of necessary documentation, we will develop it and we will pass it to you for approval).
